JOB SUMMARY: 
Customer Service Representative:
You will be the first contact for our customers. With rapid response you will answer phones, emails, prepare quotes, enter sales orders and track orders while providing an excellent customer experience.

Shipping / Receiving Clerk
Prepare necessary paperwork in connection with shipments to ensure on time delivery. Receive all incoming shipments, verifying data and quantities to purchase orders.

Inventory Clerk / Cycle Counter
Maintain an accurate inventory of materials. Provide inventory information to production schedulers and investigate inventory accuracy. Reorder material or issue reorder requests when appropriate.

Miscellaneous Duties:
Provide support to co-workers.
Other duties as assigned.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, and professionally with customers and co-workers in English.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be energetic, flexible, and take initiative.
  • Provide a great experience for the customer.
  • Friendly with a positive attitude.
  • Great phone presence.
  • Ability to solve problems and work with co-workers on customer issues.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Accuracy and speed is critical.
  • Time Management - Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school education or equivalent
General office experience
2 years minimum computer experience
2 years minimum customer service experience
