Inventory Control Admin (TEMPORARY) - Tool Room

Wilson Tool International, a global leader in precision manufacturing solutions, is seeking an Inventory Control Administrator to join our team in White Bear Lake.
This temporary position plays a key role in supporting our tooling and fixture rebuild efforts in our Tool Room. You’ll contribute directly to our recovery and continuous improvement initiatives by ensuring accurate documentation, organized inventory tracking, and smooth administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry related to tool room inventory and fire recovery documentation (approximately 75% of the role).
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of tooling and fixtures as they are rebuilt or replaced.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the recovery project and shop floor teams.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and office staff to ensure up-to-date and precise reporting.
  • Assist with coordinating materials, part tracking, and status updates as needed.
  • Uphold company standards for safety, confidentiality, and data integrity.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a larger team effort.
Preferred:
  • Experience in manufacturing, machining, or inventory control environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or production documentation processes.
  • Previous administrative, data entry, or project support experience in a technical setting.
Work Environment
  • Combination of office and light shop floor settings.
  • Must be comfortable working near active manufacturing operations.
  • Training and PPE provided as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Inside, manufacturing environment.
 
WORK SCHEDULE
1st shift 7:00am – 3:00PM Monday through Friday
 
Wage: $20-$22 per hour DOE
