Financial Analyst

SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst will support the Corporate Finance leadership team across FP&A, treasury analytics, and financial reporting. This role is highly analytical and executionfocused, partnering closely with accounting and business leaders to deliver accurate forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting. The position provides exposure to treasury activities and capital planning while maintaining a primary focus on FP&A and monthend support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning processes
    • Build and maintain financial models to support decision making, scenario analysis, and business initiatives
    • Prepare monthly reporting packages, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
    • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
    • Prepare clear, concise PowerPoint materials for leadership and executive presentations
    • Analyze operating results and provide insights to business partners on performance drivers
    • Track financial performance of key projects and initiatives
  • Treasury & Cash Flow Support
  • Support cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and covenant reporting/forecasting activities
  • Assist with treasury related reporting and analytics for internal stakeholders
  • Support lender reporting requirements and related data requests
  • Assist with analysis related to capital structure, debt activity, or refinancing efforts as needed
  • Support process improvements related to treasury reporting and cash forecasting
  • Accounting & Close Support
  • Partner with accounting during month end close to support analysis and reporting
  • Assist with consolidation processes and financial statement reviews
  • Ensure alignment between FP&A reporting and GAAP based financial results
  • Support internal and external audit requests related to FP&A or treasury data as needed
  • Process Improvement & Projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial models, reporting, and data flows
  • Support finance systems, tools, and reporting process enhancements
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data analysis
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with experience creating executivelevel presentations
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Comfortable working crossfunctionally with finance and business partners
  • Handson, proactive, and willing to dig into the details
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate financial data into insights

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exposure to cash flow forecasting, liquidity analysis, or treasury reporting a plus
  • Experience supporting monthend close and/or consolidations
  • Working knowledge of GAAP; CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus but not required
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands and work environment are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. In addition to continuous sitting and working on a computer, the role may involve continuous reaching forward between shoulder/waist, bending/twisting/rotating, and simple grasping and writing. Occasional exposure to an indoor manufacturing environment, chemicals, and/or fumes may occur. The ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs. is required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Office Environment and Manufacturing Plant

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time position with standard Monday through Friday schedule.
Standard work hours apply, with occasional evening or weekend hours expected. Additional hours may be necessary during peak periods.

COMPENSATION
Salaried compensation based on experience  $75k - $80k
