Salary Range: $58,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Communications Coordinator to support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement in a B2B/manufacturing environment. This role combines event coordination, content development, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with trade publications and industry organizations; coordinate press releases and editorial calendars
- Plan and execute trade shows and industry events, including logistics, vendor coordination, travel, and post-event follow-up
- Coordinate print and digital advertising aligned with brand standards and campaign goals
- Develop and distribute marketing communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, and product announcements
- Maintain website content and support social media channels, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization
- Partner with sales teams to support the sales cycle through marketing materials and documentation
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, and digital assets
- Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) preferred
